Small Items and TV’s up to 40” from £4.99
Small items like DVD and Blu-ray Players, Portable Audio, Sat Nav Systems, Vacuum Cleaners, Microwave Ovens, Small Appliances and Televisions up to 40” etc can be delivered next working day (subject to stock availability) anywhere on UK mainland. Our approved parcel carrier is PARCELFORCE and Royal Mail.
All items delivered will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, the goods will be taken back to a local depot in your area and a card left behind. Please phone the contact on the card to re-arrange delivery at a day suitable to you.
You can also choose from some of our premium services like AM/PM options and Saturday delivery – simply select them at check-out.

Large Televisions (40” and above): from £19.99
These are delivered by one of our specialist 2-man delivery service. We will contact you within 24 hours of you placing your order to arrange a suitable delivery day.

This includes Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Dryers, Cookers, Fridges, Freezers, Built-in Appliances (excludes American Fridge Freezers and Range Cookers)

These are delivered by one of our specialist 2-man delivery serviceS or using a Direct Home Delivery from our suppliers. We will contact you within 24 hours of you placing your order to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
Our 2-man delivery covers delivery to a ground floor location with no access restrictions – call us for a quote for delivery if the appliance is to be delivered where there are access restrictions or the appliance is to be delivered on a non ground floor location.
Range Cookers: from £59.99
This includes a pre-delivery site survey over the phone and a choice of day of delivery – choose from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that you have access to accommodate the size of the fridge freezer before ordering.
American Fridge Freezers: from £79.99
This includes a pre-delivery site survey over the phone and a choice of day of delivery – choose from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that you have access to accommodate the size of the fridge freezer before ordering.
Deliveries to Remote Areas
All delivery charges quoted on this website are for deliveries to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply to deliveries in remote areas (including Highlands and offshore destinations) – we will contact you upon receipt of order in such instances.
Please note that, in some remote areas your delivery may take up to 2 working days longer than the expected delivery date.
Affected post-code areas include AB30, AB33 – 38, AB41 – 45, AB52 – 56, DG1 – 9, FK8, FK15 – 21, IV21 – 28, IV40 – 49, IV51 – 56, PA21 – 22, PA28 – 38, PH19 – 50, PO31 – 41, TD1 – 15 and all other offshore areas.
Adverse weather conditions may also disrupt normal deliveries – we will endeavour to contact you should such conditions arise.
Important Information Regarding Your Delivery
Delivery of all major Domestic Appliances includes unpack at point of delivery and a product check with you to ensure item is in pristine condition.
Should there be any damage to the item, please make a note on the delivery note, refuse the delivery and contact our customer services to arrange a replacement. Should you require your product to be left without unpacking, please ensure there is no visible damage to the packaging or the product. Once you have accepted delivery, we are unable to accept any claims for damages.
All other items including TV’s up to 40” are delivered by our parcel carrier PARECELFORCE – they will require a signature at point of delivery. Please check your product before accepting delivery – if there are visible signs of any damage to the product or the packaging please make a note on the delivery note before accepting delivery. We are unable to accept claims for damages for products signed for “received in good condition”.
Collection and Recycling
For a small fee our home delivery team can collect and recycle your old kitchen appliance when they deliver your new one – all we ask is that you have it disconnected before we arrive.
The same goes for televisions. Buy your new one and you will have no need to worry about disposing of your old television – we will take it away for recycling under the WEEE Directive when we deliver the new one.
You will need to:
- Make sure your old appliance is empty and safely disconnected prior to our arrival.
- If the collection is for a fridge or freezer make sure it is fully defrosted.
- Gas and dual fuel cookers must be disconnected by a CORGI approved engineer.
- Mains wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by an electrically competent person.
Please note that the recycling collection service only applies to like for like appliances, (e.g. we can only accept a TV when you are purchasing a TV), and must be booked at time of purchase. The charge for this service is only £19.99. Alternatively, we will accept your item for disposal for free if you return it yourself to Power EC Ltd, Trinity Retail Park, St Peters Way, Bolton, BL2 1HY (this must be done within 28 days of purchase) or you can also return it via a local WEEE disposal site – visit Recycle Now to find your local recycling site. Special Orders
At PowerDirect.co.uk, we have access to the full range of products from all the MAJOR BRANDS of Consumer Electronics and Domestic Appliances. We publish only a selection of the actual products available on this website.
If you require products other than those published, simply phone us 08444 818 820 to check price and availability.
Some products published on this site are not carried in stock at our warehouse or may be temporarily out of stock – these will be ordered from our suppliers upon confirmation of your order.
Some Special Orders will be delivered to your home direct from our Suppliers.
Wherever possible, we will always try and give you accurate estimated delivery timescales for Special Orders, however please note that this is subject to stock availability and delivery services by our Suppliers.
Our aim is to complete all Special Orders within 10 – 15 working days from order confirmation. Products in short supply or out of stock at our suppliers are subject to delays – we will try and keep you informed in such instances.
If we are unable to deliver your Special Order with 28 days, we will notify you and you can either choose an alternative product or cancel your order.

Small Items: These are delivered by our appointed parcel carrier PARCELFORCE. Once goods have been dispatched, you can track your order on www.parcelforce.co.uk.
