This cooker is the worst appliance I have ever purchased,it doesnt seem to have any temperature control food placed on lower shelves burn in minutes.The facia is no longer lettered as all of the paint work comes off even with a mild soapy cloth and not abrasives.The grill pan has ben rendered useless as the paint has flaked off the underside this leaves carbon deposits everywhere inside the oven. Sadly although it looks the part it is not cost efective or useful as due to its odd coooking style you cannot bake cakes or puddings as they burn underneath (I can cook honestly) just not with this oven.
