Stock Availability
We are able to supply almost all products from all the major brands of Kitchen Appliances and Consumer Electronics. We list stock availability against all products on the main product page and 
you will see further information when you click on the "i" next to the availability message.

ITEMS IN STOCK - these items are available for immediate shipping and are either in stock at our main distribution centre or at our suppliers. Most smallitems are dispatched with a national parcel carrier and will normally be delivered to your door within 3 - 5 working days.
Major Kitchen Appliances and Large Screen Televisions are delivered by one of our specialist delivery companies and can take 5 - 7 working days to 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Orders are items which we do not carry in stock and are are specially ordered for you from our suppliers upon 
receipt of your order. Subject to stock availability at our suppliers, most special orders will be dispatched within 7 - 14 working days from placing your order. 
We will keep you notified of the progress of your order (by email) and keep you informed should there be any unforeseen delays in supply of your 
You can cancel your order for "Special Order" items at anytime before they have been dispatched by us or by our suppliers.
We aim to complete ALL orders within a maximum of 30 days from order (subject to availability)

instances where a thrid party website is showing the item to be priced incorrectly or in stock.  Please ensure you visit for all correct information.
Changes / Amendments to Your Order 
In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add additional products to your 
order, simply place a new order for these items.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order (including cancellation) once the goods have been dispatched for delivery either by us or our suppliers.
If you have simply changed your mind, you can cancel an order for a full refund before the goods have been dispatched by us or our suppliers, simply contact our Sales Team on 08444 818820 or email us on who will be happy to assist with your request.
