Goods returned to us or to the manufacturer under warranty will also be subject to a “no fault found” charge to cover the costs of an inspection if they are subsequently found to be “not faulty”. All under warranty requests and returns are booked subject to this clause.
8.5 For faults arising within 30 days from purchase, you have the option to return the goods back to us for an exchange or cancellation.
